America 250 NC Stanly County Lights of Liberty Drone Show Photo Contest

I hereby grant the America 250 NC Stanly County Committee and all of its affiliates and partners permission to use my name and my photo submission on any and all websites and in publications, promotions, educational materials, and for any other similar purpose without notice or compensation to me. 

I also grant the America 250 NC Stanly County Committee and all of its affiliates and partners the right to reproduce, distribute, and publish my submission. 

I understand and agree that such information and images may be placed on the Internet for viewing by the general public. I also understand and agree that I may be identified by name in print, Internet, or broadcast information that might accompany the publication of my submission. 

I waive the right to approve or inspect the final product. I hereby hold harmless the America 250 NC Stanly County Committee, all of its affiliates and partners, and its current and former trustees, agents, officers, and employees from any and all claims, demands, rights, promises, damages, and liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use or distribution of said submissions and the accompanying information provided, including but not limited to any claims for intellectual property rights, rights of publicity, invasion of privacy, appropriation of name or likeness, defamation, or any other right or interest in my submissions or the accompanying information provided. The America 250 NC Stanly County Committee reserves the right to reject any photos deemed inappropriate or not meeting the rules of entry.  All photo submissions must be taken only at the Lights of Liberty Drone Show held at Albemarle’s City Lake Park on June 5, 2026. 

Deadline: All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. on July 5, 2026. Any entries received thereafter will not be considered for judging, but may be used by the America 250 NC Stanly County Committee and its partner organizations for promotional purposes. 

Winner(s) will be announced on July 13, 2026, and contacted by email. The winner will be announced to the public once they have been notified. Each winner, up to three, will receive branded merchandise from the America 250 Stanly County Committee and a reproduction of their photo on a canvas.

The award package will be delivered to the winner at a mutually agreed upon date, time, and location between the winner and the America 250 NC Stanly County Committee.
